Agroprosperis Group was featured in the special project Results of the Year. Responsible Business 2025 by OBOZ.UA. The project highlights companies that are shaping Ukraine’s future today.

Agroprosperis was presented in the Socially Responsible Business category, where the Group shared its experience in implementing social and volunteer initiatives in local communities.

All projects are the result of joint efforts by the Agroprosperis Charity Foundation, teams of the Group’s agricultural production companies and elevators, and regional social managers.

In 2025, as in previous years, Agroprosperis actively implemented medical, educational, sports, and other social programs. Company employees visited dozens of healthcare facilities across different regions, delivering equipment and medicines. Agroprosperis Group: Helping Where We Work, Supporting Those Around Us

About the Company

Agroprosperis Group is the largest producer and exporter of agricultural products with foreign investments in the Black Sea region.

The Group includes 32 agricultural production companies and 10 grain elevators, with a land bank of approximately 250,000 hectares. The total number of employees is 3,200.

Each year, the Group produces and exports more than 3.5 million tons of grain and oilseeds. In the first half of 2025 alone, Agroprosperis paid UAH 1.5 billion in taxes, making a significant contribution to supporting Ukraine’s economy and defense capability.

Social Responsibility

For Agroprosperis Group, one of the leaders of Ukraine’s agricultural industry, social responsibility goes beyond transparency and tax compliance. Together with the Agroprosperis Charity Foundation, the company implements dozens of volunteer and social projects in more than 300 communities across Ukraine.

The Charity Foundation, established at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, was created to provide direct humanitarian assistance to those most in need. Since its inception, numerous initiatives have been implemented to support wounded individuals, internally displaced persons, volunteers, and the development of local communities where Agroprosperis operates. In 2025, the work of teams from the Group’s production companies, elevators, and regional social managers continued to expand and evolve.

Supporting Healthcare in Rural Areas

For residents of villages and small towns, local medical facilities are often the only place to receive basic healthcare, professional advice, and psychological support.

A large-scale project to support rural healthcare facilities was launched in 2024 and continues successfully today. Dozens of medical institutions in different regions have received equipment and medical supplies.

In 2025, foreign business partners joined these social efforts. Together with the Charity Foundation, this made it possible to purchase medical equipment and supplies worth more than UAH 400,000 for the Vorozhbyanska and Popivska outpatient clinics and the Bilopilska hospital. The support included blood testing devices, an ultrasound therapy unit, dressing materials, medicines, and other essential supplies for the border areas of Sumy Oblast, which remain under constant threat.

Nourishing the Future of Agriculture

Kindergartens, schools, and vocational colleges are where a new generation of Ukrainians is growing —future specialists, including those in agriculture. Agroprosperis actively supports initiatives that strengthen the potential of educational institutions.

One such initiative is the STUD-ROVER VNAU project, launched by Vinnytsia National Agrarian University and implemented in strategic partnership with Kurland, a company within the Agroprosperis Group. As part of the project, a modern logistics center was opened at the Chernyatyn Vocational College, giving students new opportunities to gain practical knowledge through visits to educational farms.

Additionally, with support from the Agroprosperis Charity Foundation, Zhmerynsky Elevator, and Kurland, a modern laboratory for beekeepers was established at the college. Beehives, apiary houses, and transport for moving them to the fields were purchased. The project aims to revive and develop Ukraine’s long-standing beekeeping traditions. The apiary houses will also be used for the rehabilitation and recovery of military personnel.

Developing Language and Perspective

Read in Ukrainian Together with Agroprosperis project is another example of how business can support education and culture.

In partnership with Stary Lev Publishing House, the Charity Foundation donated more than 6,500 modern Ukrainian-language books to libraries in the Sumy, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Volyn, Ternopil, Rivne, and Zhytomyr regions. These books became a vital resource for rural libraries and helped attract new readers.

Improving Everyday Quality of Life

A significant share of Agroprosperis employees live in the communities where the company operates. Because local needs are known firsthand, issues can be addressed accurately and systematically.

The company helps install public transport shelters, develop parks, support sports centers, and contribute to the creation of veteran spaces and shelters. Special attention is given to landowners, particularly elderly residents, who are honored on important anniversaries in recognition of their work, life experience, and kindness.

In 2025, Agroprosperis’ social projects received several industry awards. However, the most valuable recognition remains the trust of local communities. As the team involved in community support emphasizes: “Every social program, every initiative, and every volunteer project is our contribution to the sustainability of Ukraine — where our grandparents lived and where our children will live.”
