Official statement of AGROPROSPERIS Group regarding companies registered abroad with similar or identical names (commercial names) and / or domain names and / or trademarks

we would like to inform you that recently we have been detecting cases of registration of "clone" companies outside Ukraine, the names of which are similar and sometimes identical to the names of AGROPROSPERIS Group companies.

 

In particular, there is a case of registration in Hungary of two companies, whose names completely duplicate our trade name and AGROPROSPERIS registered trademark.

 

To avoid misunderstandings, when cooperating with any company of our AGROPROSPERIS / AP GROUP in Ukraine and abroad, please pay attention to the company identifiers, and in case of any doubts ask for additional information from our managers, whose contact details are listed on our official website https://www.agroprosperis.com. Please note that the e-mail address of each employee (contact person) of AGROPROSPERIS Group must contain the domain name agroprosperis.com after "@".

 

For our part, we will take all measures provided by the current Ukraine’s legislation and international law in the field of intellectual property to protect our commercial (brand) names, domain names and trademarks (marks for goods and services).
