Imagine transportation where the consignment note is always at hand, electronic digital signature is instantaneous, and the accounting department receives the document immediately. Each trip has a clear digital trail: from loading to final closure. And this status is visible to everyone who really needs to see it: the logistics provider, the carrier, the warehouse, and the finance department. The electronic consignment note is drawn up and signed with an electronic signature in accordance with current requirements and can be used as a legally valid document on a par with a paper document.

 

How the e-TTN Service from AP Group works

The system consists of three components that together provide a complete cycle — from creating a TTN ‘in the field’ to integration with accounting systems: a web office, an application for drivers integrated with AP Checkman (it is on the basis of AP Checkman data that the TTN is generated in the field and sent to the driver's application for signature), as well as an API module — an integration interface (a set of technical ‘inputs/outputs’) through which e-TTN is automatically transferred and synchronised with the client's ERP system in a single digital data stream.

 

The e-TTN Service from AP Group works like a precise operating system: data is entered once, approvals follow a transparent scenario, each step is recorded and becomes the basis for analytics. The experimental stage of e-TTN will last until June 2026 (according to the current roadmap), and the target date for transition to mandatory use is 1 January 2027. Right now, businesses are forming a habit that will become the standard tomorrow.
